Technical and Management skills required
We are looking for young engineers under the age of 30 years, with 3 or more years of work experience in project management, interested in consulting projects in strategic and operational management of Real Estate and willing to acquire skills in IT Reengineering, Procurement, Facility, Property and Project Management.
Required Skills
• Extensive expertise in systems architecture and Java programming and/or relational database;
• Extensive expertise of J2EE architecture, javascript, xml and xslt programming;
• Skills in database design, development and SQL procedures (PL-SQL and T-SQL). Preferred platforms: SQL Server and Oracle;
• Ability to manage multiple programming languages;
• Deep knowledge of methods, standards and development tools;
• Quick adaptation and learning capacity systems based on relational DB and J2EE architecture;
• Knowledge of Android and iOS SDK especially for creating UI;
• Knowledge of the main versioning tools (SVN, Git);
• Knowledge of the main IDE tools (Eclipse);
• Knowledge of the main continuous deployment tools (Jenkins);
• Knowledge of the main development frameworks such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate and MVC Pattern
Other Competences
The following are considered as advantage: experience in the field of Procurement, Facility Management and Property Management, knowledge of AutoCAD, knowledge of English, knowledge of Business Process Management System, NoSQL Database, the ESB-based structures (Enterprice Service Bus ).
Main Responsibilities
• Participate in the distribution/configuration, implementation, maintenance, and testing software respecting the provided specifications, timing and quality standards;
• Participates in the test scenarios definition or the detailed functional analysis
• Translated into computer language provided technical specifications
• Coding and testing
• Application maintenance
The availability to travel nationally and/or internationally is required.
